Facilities offered at Cosy Cove Cottages are for the exclusive use of Registered and Confirmed Guests only and are used at their own risk. Guests are entirely responsible for any damages to cottages, injuries or losses incurred while on our premises and with the use of boats and motors, however caused.
A deposit of $400.00 per week per cottage is required to confirm your reservation. Please make cheques payable to Cosy Cove Cottages.
A $250.00 re-booking fee applies to all cancellations, which must be made within 60 days of the start of your vacation — otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM Saturday.
Check-out time is 9:00 AM Saturday.
Most pets are accepted with some exceptions — please mention your pet when calling to confirm. Pet fee is $50.00/week. Guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets throughout the property.
We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors and the frequency and length of their visits. All visitors must register at the office. There is a charge for daily and overnight stays.
There is a campfire area on the beach available to guests. Firewood is provided at no extra cost. All fire bans issued by local authorities must be respected.
Please be prepared to settle your account upon arrival.
